Perretta Graphics offers multiple products for register control, as well as cut off solutions. No matter which you choose, all Register Controls come with the same high level of quality and reliability that we are known for.
Pre-Wired for Easy Installation
All register camera assemblies come pre-wired for easy installation. All cables, including terminations, are also included for pre-wiring the control consoles, junction boxes, and register camera assemblies.
We offer two forms of Register Control: Remote Color and Automatic Closed Loop.
The P3500 Remote Color Register offers control of press registration through the P3500 Ink Control Desk or our stand alone P3500 Register Desk. Operators use either the manual rocker switches or the touchscreen GUI in order to adjust register.
Our software communicates with most press motor controllers and PLC’s.
We also offer Print-to-Cut Register Control as an alternative to Remote Color of Automatic Closed Loop Register Control.
The P3500 Print-to-Cut Register Control allows precise control of the printed image location to the folder cutoff through the P3500 Ink Control Desk or our stand alone P3500 Register Desk. Each desk is capable of handling up to sixteen webs.
The system runs in two modes: Full Auto, which runs to a preset target value, and Manual, where the operators manually run to a desired target. Both modes use an intelligent CCD camera with onboard image analysis that holds cut off to within +.015". The cut off mark is a .04" equal length triangle.
Operators can also view the trend value of cut off throughout a press run to ensure quality and consistency.
Morotization Solutions
If your presses have manual controls, we offer motorization packages for vertical and horizonal press lines.
Select from Circumferential Motors, Lateral Motors, and Compensator Motors. Each can be controlled from a Manual Rocker Switch Panel or a Remote GUI Workstation, and includes a Manual Override and an Integrated Limit Switch.
OEM and Turnkey packages are also available for Goss Community® SSC, Goss Urbanite® and many other press manufactures.
